Delivery times vary based on the availability of the items and your location. For in-stock items, you can generally expect delivery within 3-7 business days. Special orders or out-of-stock items may take longer, and we will provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order.

Yes! We offer scheduled deliveries so you can choose a time that works best for you. Our team will provide a delivery window, and we'll send you a reminder the day before.

If you're unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed deliveries may incur additional fees.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please clear the space where the new furniture will be placed and remove any obstacles that could make delivery difficult. If there are any special instructions (like narrow hallways or stairs), let us know in advance.

We take great care in delivering your furniture safely. If any items arrive damaged, please report the issue immediately to the delivery team. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means repairing or replacing the item.

To reschedule or cancel your delivery, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee.
